In recent times, the youths of Nigeria have witnessed a surge in social activism and a desire for change, echoing similar movements seen in other parts of Africa. Particularly of noteworthy is the comparison drawn with Kenya, where youths led a strong movement that has played a pivotal role in addressing socio-economic challenges. This prompts the question: will Nigerian youth follow their Kenyan counterparts in the pursuit for a lasting solution to hardship?

A Tale of Two Nations
Nigeria and Kenya, both prominent African nations, share commonalities in their demographic landscapes, economic challenges, and huge youthful populations. In Kenya, movements like the "Hustler Nation" and various youth organizations have mobilized to demand accountability, advocate for economic empowerment, and challenge systemic injustices. These efforts have captured global attention and raised the bar for youth involvement in shaping national discourse.

Parallels in Nigerian Context
Similarly, Nigerian Youths face pressing issues such as unemployment, inadequate infrastructure, and political disillusionment. The EndSARS protests in 2020 showcased their collective power and desire for change, reflecting a growing dissatisfaction with the status quo. While these movements have sparked optimism and momentum, sustained action and coordination are crucial to effect lasting change.

Lessons from Kenya
Kenyan youth movements have demonstrated the impact of grassroots mobilization and strategic advocacy. By leveraging social media, organizing protests, and engaging with policymakers, they have amplified their voices and influenced public policy. This proactive approach has not only highlighted grievances but also proposed tangible solutions, from job creation initiatives to calls for transparent governance.

Challenges Ahead
Despite their potentials, the Nigerian youth face significant challenges from political repression to economic inequality, and infrastructural deficits. Moreover, the diversity within Nigerian society necessitates nuanced approaches to activism and advocacy. Learning from Kenya’s experiences can provide valuable insights into effective strategies while acknowledging the unique socio-political landscape of Nigeria.

Moving Forward
The path forward for Nigerian youth lies in unity, strategic planning, and sustainable engagement. Embracing digital platforms for mobilization, fostering intergenerational dialogue, and collaborating across sectors are all essential steps. Additionally, fostering leadership skills and nurturing a culture of accountability can empower Youths to drive meaningful change.

In conclusion, Nigerian youths must have to contemplate on the path ahead, the experiences of their Kenyan counterparts who kept pushing even as tens were shot dead. Their resilience offers both inspiration and a blueprint for a successful protest or revolution. They must harness their collective energy, ambition, and resilience to achieve this all-important change that they desire.

In fact, the Nigerian youth have the potential to catalyse transformative change and address the longstanding hardships facing their nation which is a product of corruption in all the three arms of government. The question therefore is: Will they seize this opportunity to dethrone evil for good to reign?

In summary, while Nigerian youth may draw inspiration from Kenya, they must not allow their diverse ethnicity and religious differences hinder their resolve. They must speak and act in one voice.
As the world watches in anticipation, which African Nation is next in line? Dynamic young leaders must spread all over Africa sits of power for a more inclusive and prosperous region.
