Since the information broke out from Abuja Federal High Court, under the watch of Justice Binta Nyako, about the existence of the Nigerian law that requires recourse to NEGOTIATION in the resolution of any political quagmire, many a mind, amongst Biafrans, has been apprehensive, or should I say, agitated, and that greatly.
Truly, this apprehension CANNOT entirely be said to be unfounded, considering the fact that from the antecedents of the British Government, (which cloaks itself as Nigerian Government, as is henceforth referred to as the establishment), in matters relating to Biafra, a large degree of unreliability and inconsistency, with dubious, vicious, devious, and desperate manoeuvres, have been established on the side of Britain, operating under the cloak of Nigerian government (establishment).
This disposition is mainly because of the fact that Biafra land, for which Britain fraudulently concocted the contraption called Nigeria, has been the main economic backbone of Britain for more than five hundred years, and their fear has been that their bloodstained economy will automatically collapse without the resources that they have confiscated from, and retained its forceful acquisition from Biafrans.
Recall that ABURI ACCORD, which was peacefully NEGOTIATED between the Gowon-led Federal Military Government, and Ojukwu-led Eastern Regional Government, SIGNED, AND SEALED, but was truncated as a result of the call made by #SirDavidHunt's British High Commission in Lagos to Gowon, on their way to the airport for departure from Ghana, INSTRUCTING the REPUDIATION of the accord by Gowon.
It was because Nigerian Government reneged on that ACCORD that Britain capitalized on the opportunity to unleash a genocidal war against Biafrans that wiped away the population of Biafra by six million, estimated to be more than half of the total national population of Biafra at that time.
Moreover, by reason of the fact that many authoritative quarters, including UN Working Committee, Nigeria's Federal Appeal Court, and several High Courts in Nigeria, have ordered the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, with Nigerian Government still remaining adamant, you can see a disposition of recalcitrancy on the side of the establishment.
Again, because of the asphyxiation and systematic suffocation that Biafra Advocacy has been bringing upon Britain, with the imminent economic catastrophic doom embedded in the materialization (restoration) of Biafra as a sovereign nation, Britain's #MI6, in collaboration with other international intelligence agencies, including, but not limited to #CIA, #MOSSAD, and #DSS, went and ABDUCTED/KIDNAPPED Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, extraordinarily RENDITIONED him to Nigeria, and have been solitarily torturing, terrorizing, and persecuting him, in the name of prosecution, despite having been ordered to be released UNCONDITIONALLY.
Recall also that even Nigeria's Appeal Court has equally PROHIBITED the continuation of the DETENTION and TRIAL of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by any entity, in ANY COURT, within Nigeria. So, it is clear that Nigeria is not only being lawless, in not obeying their own court, but is equally torturing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu psychologically, to forcefully extract compliance from him.
This impunity of UNLAWFUL elongated detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the establishment (British and Nigerian governments) is a purely Psy-Op, which is aimed at melting him to the point of accepting whatever is presented to him, with a mentality of desperately primarily securing his freedom. This literally amounts to tying Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s hand behind his back, or pointing a gun to his head and compelling him to put his signature on an outlined narrative, which will eventually be to his detriment.
When all of the above, including some instances not mentioned, are aggregated, or put in summation, one can conclude, without equivocation, that the fears of Biafrans with regards to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu NEGOTIATING with the establishment, are not only FOUNDED, but indeed ominous.
But, that notwithstanding, in every matter of conflict of interest, disagreement, cross purposes, outright incontinent and volatile situations, or political quagmire, the first option at resolving the matter peacefully and amicably should always be #ROUNTABLE (negotiation).
Negotiation, Roundtable, Dialogue, or Diplomatic Approach, are various terminologies of the same subject matter that translate to discussions, analysis, concessions, compromises, and guarantees.
At whatever point the window of negotiation is opened, it is expected that every peace-loving entity, as symbolized by IPOB, will utilize and exhaust it, if not for anything else, for record purposes.
Though it has been known that the parties that often feel that they have greater military might, or militarily advantaged, usually flout some of these agreements. But these flagrant flouting of those resolutions and accords have also been known to haunt and work against them, in the long run, just as it is with the establishment on restructuring, presently.
Finally, and most importantly, Biafrans must remember that our Leader, who has PROVEN, with every establishable, verifiable, and empirical authentication, that he is on a DIVINE MISSION, must remain TRUSTED.
Considering the LONG distance, he has covered in this journey, and the SHORT distance that remains for him to brace the tape of accomplishment and victory in this project, we urge ourselves to remain calm, absolutely trusting our leader, and supporting him in every way we can. (Don't forget the numerous information he had conveyed to us, on numerous occasions, on numerous issues, in numerous forms).
With these at the back of the mind of Biafrans, let not the heart of Biafrans be troubled.
As a reminder to the world, let it be mentioned again that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and straightforward.
That DEMAND is a #UN_supervised #REFERENDUM. REFERENDUM is a fundamental human right as well as a democratic process that involves voting.
This is in line with ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to Indigenous Peoples all over the world, in their quest for #SELF_DETERMINATION.
#REFERENDUM is not a Rocket Science. It is not a call for war, as the establishment has been striving to portray. The earlier British and Nigerian governments understand and align with this incontrovertible and indisputable truth, the better for everyone.
