March 20 2024 | State Media

The man that has determined to maliciously pursue the little chicken must be ready for disastrous falls, while the little chicken will always display the taunting meandering runs (Ọ chụ nwa ọkụkọ nwe ada, ma nwa ọkụkọ nwe mwe mwe ọsọ).

This is exactly the case of Nigeria, since they resolved to make the subjugation, suppression, oppression, marginalization, exclusion, and decimation of #Igbo_Biafrans the major thrust and determinants of the state policy, as instructed by @GOVUK, the real owners of Nigeria.

Since the SUSPENSION of the brutal genocide against Biafrans in 1970, Nigeria has been on a steep descent into various forms of deterioration that are presently asphyxiating and suffocating Nigeria.

It was because of Igbo_Biafrans that Nigeria promulgated what was known as Indigenization Decree, which excluded Biafrans from the ownership and management of the then blue chip and multinational companies existing pre and post Biafra_genocide. Ask Nigeria where those companies are today?

It was equally because of #Igbo_Biafrans that Nigeria introduced what it called HARMONIZATION in the civil service. This simply meant that Biafrans would not be engaged as civil servants outside their states, except strictly for those on federal employment.

Today, everyone can see how the states have fared with this policy, as they can ask Nigeria the whereabouts of NIGERIA AIRWAYS, NIGERIA NATIONAL SHIPPING LINE, NIGERIA RAILWAY CORPORATION, and the rest of Nigeria-owned transportation parastatals.

Again, does anybody know the motive behind the introduction of the QUOTA SYSTEM? This is a policy that allocates certain number of chances to States in various areas of Nigerian existential structure like army, police, customs, navy, air force, immigration, education, employment, and government contracts etc.

With this, the number of chances allocated to #Igbo_Biafrans in all the facets of Nigeria's existence become as humiliating as it is destructive.

For instance, in Unity Schools' admission, a child from a group of states can get admitted with a score of as little as 2/200, whereas children from Igbo_Biafran states must score at least 150/200, to qualify for admission, and that doesn't even guarantee admission for the child.

Meanwhile, those children that get admitted with 2/200 end up being managing directors and directors in government parastatals and establishments.

Whose mind has ever gone to the issue of state and local government area creation? The British government, as the real owners of Nigeria, partitioned Nigeria into six zones. In their so-called zones, each zone has six or seven states, whereas the so-called south east, or the Igbo states, as they like to call them, have only five states.

Nobody needs to tell anybody the interpretation and implication of this deprivation, in socio-political and economic terms. Does anybody know that Kano state alone almost has more LGAs than the whole of the so-called South East put together?

Has anybody forgotten the obnoxious and unscrupulous EXCLUSIVE LIST? This is a policy or should I say law that prohibits state governments from, but confers exclusive right on the Federal Government to determine and handle certain aspects of developmental projects and programs in the states including road construction and repairs. Even when non-execution of such projects is extremely perilous and detrimental to the existence and economic wellbeing of the states concerned.

Have you spared any thought on why the generation and distribution of electricity, until a few days ago, could not be attended to by the states?
Why couldn't states operate railways?
Why couldn't states be in charge of the major roads in the states?
Why couldn't there be international airports in any or all the states in Biafra land, despite being the highest number of international travellers (highest density of aviation consumers)?
Why are all the seaports in Biafra land deliberately rendered moribund, despite the fact that the highest use of maritime facilities is made by Biafrans?

The multiplicity of the attacks that the government of #UK under the cloak of Nigerian state is launching against Biafrans, in the area of JUDICIARY is beyond comprehension and explanation.
Not only that Nigeria has created an invisible barricade to bar Biafrans from attaining the upper echelons of judicial administration, but has equally set a mechanism in motion to ensure that Biafrans are denied justice. A few cases like those of Uzodinma, Peter Obi, and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are very handy as references.

When all the above are put in proper perspectives, analysis, and summation, it will not be hard to conclude that not only does Nigeria not want #Igbo_Biafrans to be part of Nigeria, but they have embarked on a project of systematic annihilation of #Igbo_Biafrans, which by way of karmic boomerang, has been accelerating the demise of the British fraud, inhumanity, and graveyard called Nigeria.

Let it be reiterated for the umpteenth time, that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple, and that demand is a #UN_supervised #REFERENDUM, as enshrined in ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to #SELF_DETERMINATION of INDIGENOUS PEOPLES. REFERENDUM is not a Rocket Science, as it remains a democratic process stipulated in African nations and people’s rights.
