It is often said that dogs are usually given bad names to justify and validate their killing.
The cruel and unconscionable murder of uniformed men by the Nigerian establishment, as advised by @GOVUK, is as rampant and regular, as it bewildering. This strategy of sacrificing the lives of soldiers, just to find excuses for the invasion, genocidal massacre, and wanton destruction of properties of Biafrans has been in application for as long as Nigeria has existed.
But it has recently been heightened as a mark of desperation by the British and Nigerian governments, since the advocacy for Biafra gained overwhelming momentum.
This same false claim by @HQNigerianArmy, that top, middle, and low-ranking officers and men of the Nigerian Army were killed in Okuama has been the modus operandi of the Nigerian security forces to prepare the grounds and hearts of the people with regards to their impending attack on any particular community.
Remember that in some cases, like this Okuama as the case in point, the top echelons of the security establishment can sacrifice a number of their personnel as advised by @GOVUK or their properties (as in the case of Joe Igbokwe, who burnt his house to incriminate or blackmail IPOB), to serve as a validation for their unconscionable massacre of innocent people, or the destruction of their properties.
As can be easily recalled, when these terrorists in uniform called Nigerian security forces wanted to invade and massacre people in Ogbaru LGA of Anambra State, they claimed that the indigenes kidnapped eighty cows belonging to the non-uniformed terrorists called Fulani Herdsmen (Tell me how a whole eighty cows can be kidnapped by non-herdsmen).
Using the kidnap of eighty cows as an excuse, the terrorists in uniform (Nigerian Army) invaded Ogbaru, and murdered many indigenes, setting several houses on fire, destroying farmlands, and causing survivors to flee their ancestral homes.
This was also the pattern adopted when the terrorists in uniform claimed that American diplomats were kidnapped in Ogbaru, until Governor Soludo revealed to the world that no known American diplomats ever visited Anambra state.
Does it need to be stated further that this same false claim was what the Nigerian Army made when they invaded #ORSU, #ORLU, #ORSUIHITEUKWA, #ULI, #OGUTA, #EHA_AMUFU, #ORSUMMOGHU, #IZOMBE, #EHIME_MBANO, and #IHIALA etc.
In all these cases, the terrorists in uniform called the security forces, would claim that any number or detachment of the so-called security forces was killed, and they would invade the place, causing humongous and wanton destruction.
But let nobody be fooled about the motive behind these jihadistic and genocidal invasions, massacre, and mindless destruction and burning of homes, markets, businesses, and other properties.
The aim has always been to compel the indigenes to flee their homes and lands so that the FULANIZATION AND ISLAMIZATION AGENDA of the caliphate @GovNigeria, which is manifested under the cloak of RANCHING AND GRAZING, will be fully implemented and established.
Another reason is discovery of OIL AND GAS deposit. Whenever the terroristic @GovNigeria discovers oil or gas in any place, instead of negotiating with the indigenes for proper benefits and participation, they send the army so that the army can wipe off the community, send the survivors to IDP camps, replace the community with Fulani terrorists, change the name of the community to Fulani names, and call the Fulani terrorists the indigenes.
By this action, the indigenes would only be striving for survival, and would no longer have time to locate their homes (which are already occupied and renamed by Fulani terrorists).
This is exactly what they are replicating in all the Biafran communities as exemplified by recent occurrences in Bayelsa and Delta states.
This case of #OKUAMA_MASSACRE is very instructive, as it shows all the people, particularly the coastal regions of Biafra, that had been claiming not to be part of Biafra, that they are only succumbing to the trickery of DIVIDE and RULE, by which they are isolated for vulnerability and made easy preys.
The jihadists know them as #Biafrans. The earlier they join hands with their kinsmen in upland part of Biafra to resist the enemy, the better for them.
Finally, let it be stated clearly and emphatically once again, that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and unambiguous.
That DEMAND is a #UN_supervised #REFERENDUM, as enshrined in ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to #SELF_DETERMINATION of Indigenous Peoples. REFERENDUM is constitutional, as well a fundamental human right, as recognized by African Charter on Human and People's rights.
Anything that the governments of #UK and #Nigeria are doing that does not align with this assertion, probably with a view to extinguishing #Biafra_Advocacy, amounts to mere shadow-chasing, if not outright delusion.
