Did Anybody Ever Imagine That Sokoto Could Have Been The Coordinating Hub Of Terrorism in Sub-Saharan Africa? (Part 1)

During the 2025 Christmas season, the most widely discussed issue, which attracted and involved an unprecedented number of participants, was the "Christmas Gift" that was gifted to Fulani terrorists in Sokoto by the Great President Donald Trump on Christmas Day of 2025. This Christmas gift was special in that it came on a day and at a time when the terrorists were assembled in their fullness, and were putting the final touches on their strategies and plans for their Christmas Day attacks at their variously chosen locations.

So, while they were putting the final touches on the grand plan, the Christmas gift, which came in the form of "fire from Heaven", fell on them. They were all severely and collectively baptised, and having gone for judgment, they must have been rewarded with their seventy virgins respectively.

Now, the focus of this treatise is not on the Christmas gift to the terrorists, but the ability of Sokoto caliphate, led by the Sultan of Sokoto, to conceal the fact that all the terror games (activities) in Nigeria particularly, and the rest of the Sub-Saharan Africa, have been coordinated and played from the headquarters of the Caliphate in Sokoto, using Borno and the rest of the North Eastern part of Nigeria as a distraction and mere diversionary tactics. But those who were awake were not totally carried away by the diversionary tactics of the Sultanate, as some deductions and inferences could be made from the utterances and dispositions of the Caliphate, through careful discernment.

Remember that Biafrans say that if a man buries himself, his hand or foot must stick out. This proverb was put into practice when the Sokoto Caliphate/Sultanate, asphyxiated and suffocated by consistent and expositional exposure, began to advocate for every kind of restriction on information dissemination. The Sultan of Sokoto specifically called for a ban on social media, arguing that it poses a security threat to the nation.

Remember also that it was the same Sultan of Sokoto who had consistently advocated allowing Fulanis to settle in any forest of their choice, in any part of Nigeria, in view of the fact that "every citizen of Nigeria has every right to settle and do business anywhere". It was this same Sultan of Sokoto who had been championing the right of Fulanis to be armed with every category of weapon, so that "they can defend themselves and their cattle in times of attack".

The Sultanate has been at the forefront of the pursuit of the right of every Fulani to be an indigene of whichever part of Nigeria he finds himself. For example, if the Fulani finds himself in Owerri, Okigwe, Oke Ado, Patani, Igbomina, Iwo, Ede, or Mangal, he would be identified as Owerri Fulani, Okigwe Fulani, Ede Fulani, etc.

Has anybody forgotten that it is this same Sultanate that has been relentlessly and persistently pursuing the forcible acquisition and appropriation of the lands of Indigenous Peoples, in the name of various Federal government programmes like RUGA, Water Resources, Livestock, this and that, or one Forestry Reserve project or the other? All these have been mere ploys by the Caliphate to appropriate, acquire, occupy, and possess other people's lands and rights in perpetuity, under the facilitation of the terrorist Federal Government of Nigeria.

Another intention, which happens to be a bigger picture for the Caliphate, in devising and implementing all these jihad-tainted programmes, is to subtly hide away these jihadists and terrorists in the neighbourhoods, with unfettered proximity to the people, so that their invasion, attack, and genocidal massacre won't be a stressful job for them.
