The Nigeria Military, Police force and other Security operatives, are the root cause of the continuation of corruption and underdevelopment of the country since independence.
The primary duty of Government Security operatives is to protect Lives and properties of its citizens at all times. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Several cases of Molestation, dehumanization and destruction of properties in Nigeria has become the first duty of Nigeria Police and Army.
Looking at the ravaging of the entire Southeast in recent time by Nigeria Security operatives, one would think the Russian Ukrainian war has been shifted to SE Biafra land in Nigeria. The lives of masses of people are not guaranteed in Nigeria anymore because of the manner the security forces kill and set homes ablaze on daily basis.
The Security operatives carry out the bid of their pay masters who have reduced them to self-body guards and attack dogs of the masses.
The result of this buy-over of the security is That, the masses are caged and intimidated. They cannot criticise evil. They cannot protest against the Bloodbath committed by Politicians nor protest the failure of Government in every sphere.
It is quite disheartening and disgraceful that the almighty gallantly trained Nigeria military, Nigeria Police Force (DSS) in all their intelligence will jeopardize the standard of their prestigious profession, thereby reducing it to the floor; just to satisfy the politicians that perpetually want to keep recycling the seat of power among themselves and their immediate household.
In Nigeria the Indigenous people of Biafra and other indigenous populations in the British contraption are not being allowed to freely exercise their fundamental human rights because those whom it is their primary responsibilities to protect and safeguard the citizens' rights has shamelessly allowed themselves to be rudely used by the politicians who do not mean well for all.
Change is said to be constant, therefore it is high time those involved realize their primary responsibilities and shun the act of allowing the politicians and external influence to control them and determine their actions, which reduces the integrity of their security profession. They should know that Nigeria doesn't mean well for any and whatsoever they do today irrespective of whom they want to appease, they will leave to reap the fruit of their labour sooner or later.
Worthy of note, is that despite what anybody or group of people feel, the truth is that every action of a man comes with aftermath good or bad and no one will escape repercussions of their deeds. Nigeria is a threat to all her indigenous people, both Biafra, Oduduwa, Arewa etcetera.
It is equally a huge disgrace to humanity and a problem for anyone to work or do anything for the continuity of the Nigeria, a nation with several nations begging to be allowed to exist on its own.
The best option available on the table is to conduct a Referendum for a peaceful disintegration of Nigeria to enable all go their separate ways and live their lives according to their belief and value system for optimal development and enhancement of health competition among those (Biafra, Oduduwa, Arewa etc). These indigenous people are trapped together in one country against their wishes by the British colonial masters through the 1914 amalgamation by the Frederick Lugard.
With the continuous existence of Nigeria as a country, there is no guarantee of Freedom of speech and development in any sector from generations to come, because the foundation of the contraption is faulty and cannot be fixed any longer.
The Economic quagmire ravaging Nigeria currently is being faced by all, mostly the Nigeria military, Nigeria Police Force personnel because the peanut paid to them by the government is not enough to pay their bills and feed their families, so why should someone somewhere in his rightful mind, allow himself/herself to be used against the poor masses? This is a question seriously begging for answer.
