This meeting was attended by Biafra land National Leadership and Igweocha Principal Officers from the State Coordinator to Zonal levels and the Women Leaders.

This meeting was chaired by the Land Coordinator who started with expressing appreciation to the members for massive turnout. There were over 200 members present and they were very enthusiastic to see each other after a long break.

The Land Coordinator spoke extensively to members about the situation of things in the struggle and why people should remain focused. He opened the floor for questions from members.

Question about the denial of Simon Ekpa to be allowed access to Radio Biafra was raised. He told them that there was a laid down rule that must be followed by anyone before granting access to the Radio Biafra platform and no single person is bigger than the structure of IPOB.

Next question was on the CHK of Igweocha, which has broken down a long time ago.  This has kept Igweocha family in the dark for long. They hardly get information any longer. The Land Coordinator was moved by this appeal by the people. He donated N10,000 from his purse and gave to them to help fix the CHK. He opened the floor for donations towards the fixing of the CHK. Members started raising funds and everyone was very happy again.

The health issue of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was also raised. The Coordinator narrated that Onyendu family members were responsible for the frustrations so far because of their involvement with Politicians who are giving them money but unfortunately, they are not Principal officers in IPOB Family and as such they cannot take decisions or stand in on behalf of IPOB anywhere.

A mention of IPOB family members languishing in Igweocha maximum prison without legal representation was raised. Again, food should be supplied to them occasionally to keep them alive and assure them that they have not been forgotten. The Land Coordinator encouraged Igweocha to get ready to start meeting again.

Following the level of sabotage in the family, there was a proposal to retake the oath of allegiance again, this was directed by the Head of DOS on 1st January 2023 broadcast. Everybody took the Oath happily.
