May Premium Times be informed that the credible information available to Biafrans have shown that those four Igbo soldiers and one Northern Christian soldier were selected and deployed for the first time to that particular Obikabia TOLL STATION, euphemistically called checkpoint, for what they were told was a special duty. Upon their protestation, they were threatened with the punitive measure of being discharged from service. That was how they went on that special duty, and never returned. The officer that posted them on that special duty for that day can help you to unravel some of your puzzles.
Premium Times, and its cohorts may also be interested to know that one of the officers in Aba, Sergeant Major Vitalis, who was told to lead the genocidal massacre of Biafrans, in the ongoing savagery and barbarism in the name of fishing out killers of the soldiers, chose to die rather than obey this genocidal command, and be a party to advancing the criminality against his own people. It is this act of using FALSE FLAG by Nigerian government and its security agencies to kill innocent soldiers, just to find a cover for invading and destroying Biafra land, that should rightly be described as "barbaric, callous, and unjustifiable".
Is Premium Times feigning ignorance, or does it not truly know that a few months ago, some US and UK organizations exposed by publishing, how Catriona Laing, as Nigeria's sole Admin under the cloak of the late Buhari Presidency sponsored some terrorists called militia, like Ebubeagu, to bring a reign of terror upon Biafra using Imo and Ebonyi as experimental grounds? Does Premium Times think that those terrorists disappeared into thin air?
However, even though IPOB is a non-violent #Biafra_Advocacy group, because of the failure of government, or rather because of government's choice to be an oppressor of the people, through the instrumentality of the state security forces, IPOB established the Eastern Security Network (ESN) for the protection of Biafra's farms, bushes, and forests, from the government sponsored Fulani terrorists.
The major function of ESN, which is limited to the bushes and forests is to confront, contend, uproot, and eject the Fulani terrorists that masquerade as herders, under which guise they commit a lot of atrocities, including kidnapping, killing, raping, destruction of farms, invasion and burning of communities etc. This function has been effectively performed by the ESN, thus elevating IPOB and ESN to State Actor status.
If for any reason, Premium Times, governments of Britain and Nigeria, or the Nigerian Press, are living in the hallucinatory imagination that because of their cheap infantile blackmail, that IPOB and ESN will abdicate their responsibilities, that imagination can be realized only in their dreams.
It will be of great benefit and interest for Premium Times and the rest of its Nigerian media counterparts to enquire from the former Nigerian Sole Administrator, Catriona Laing (who was masquerading as the British High Commissioner in Nigeria), and her Information Minister, Lai Mohammed, how much they invested and expended on FALSE PROPAGANDA against IPOB and ESN, and the extent to which they met with, and were met by very woeful monumental failures, thereby compounding the health complications of Catriona Laing.
It was the failure of Catriona Laing to achieve the objective of tainting IPOB through the press, to facilitate her desired international classification of IPOB as a terrorist group that pushed her into using Britain's MI6, America's CIA, Israel's MOSSAD, and Nigeria's DSS to ABDUCT/KIDNAP Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, and criminally RENDITIONED him to Nigeria.
But it appears that the new undercover sole Administrator of Nigeria, Richard Montgomery, (who is publicly paraded as the British High Commissioner), has renewed the contract of the Nigerian media, prompting, or triggering the recent swooping upon IPOB by Nigerian press, with such a fury, to the point that even the once reputable Guardian Newspapers has equally thrown caution and decorum to the winds, in the desperate bid to outdo one another, in maligning and blackmailing IPOB. All these are as sad and ignoble as they are despicable.
Finally, may it be known clearly, as the world is reminded in unequivocal terms, that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and straightforward. That DEMAND is a #UN_supervised #REFERENDUM, which is an integral part of SELF-DETERMINATION, as enshrined in ARTICLE 3 of the UN CHARTER, with regards to Indigenous Peoples all over the world.
REFERENDUM is a fundamental and inalienable human right, as well as a democratic process that involves voting. A call for REFERENDUM is not a call for war, and the earlier the British and Nigerian governments acknowledge and align with this incontrovertible and indisputable truth, the better for everyone.
