Speaking to the reporters in a courtroom at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday been the 10th day of February 2025, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu reaffirmed his commitment to the cause of Seeking for the liberation of his people from the British Nigerian contraption, citing his legal right to seek for a sovereign Biafra nation.

"That is why I do what I do; I agitate for Biafra, I agitate for a free Biafran Nation, it’s my right to agitate" he said, as enshrined in the Constitution of the federal government of Nigeria and the United Nations charter which Nigeria is a signatory to.

This outburst was meant to be, due to the continuous illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the federal government of Nigeria and her British counterparts after his kidnap from Kenya in 2021. No sane government disobeys its own law just to satisfy the interest of one individual or more, as an adage says "where ever injustice prevails, bribe is its counterpart". There have been several court orders to unconditionally release him "Mazi Nnamdi Kanu" as he has no case to answer because he committed no crime, rather to be released, apologized to, and be compensated for his rights that was trampled on.

The United Nations Working group also issued their verdict on this case, ordering the British controlled Nigerian government to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who they illegally kidnapped from Kenya as against the United Nations law.

The Nigerian government for more than one decade now, have kidnapped, disappeared and extrajudicially killed members of the Indigenous People of Biafra who are legally seeking for their freedom as enshrined in the Constitution of Nigeria, the United Nations has kept mute to the cries and laments of the innocent blood of the Indigenous Biafrans been slaughtered on daily basis by the blood sucking British formed Nigeria. This is our constitutional and natural right to express ourselves, seek for our freedom and be granted our wish and no one can deny us that right.
