By Kinsomebody C. Egbuchu (Abia writers)
Consequently, I advise Biafrans that they must not underrate their foes' power and malice nor undervalue or overvalue the gigantic strategy and maneuvers that now confront the struggle for freedom.
This crucial time is one of the moments when they can draw the vital impulses of victory from the heart of misfortune. Here is the moment to display that calm and poise combined with grim determination that, in 1967-1970, brought them out of the very jaws of total extermination.
Here is another occasion to show, as often in their long history, that they can reserve with dignity and with renewed accessions of strength that, at last, victory is theirs. They should not allow any mood of boastfulness, vainglory or overconfidence to cloud their minds as they march towards the promised land.
According to the late French Ambassador Raymond Offory, "HEROES FIGHT LIKE BIAFRANS." So, right now, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's leadership is making the bonds that unite Biafrans more potent than High-Tensile Steel. They are bonds of the spirit and not of the flesh and thus shall rise superior to the most tempting allurements of surrender and the harshest threat of doom.
For Biafra restoration and victory, I Kinsomebody is optimistic that when victory is finally gained, they shall show poise and temper as admirable as they displayed during their marginalization, killings and mortal danger. They shall not be led astray by false guide either into apathy or weakness or into brutality, but that the name of their dear country, BIAFRA, will, by their conduct, by their clairvoyance, by their self-restraint, by their flexible tenacity of purpose stands in honour amongst the nations of the world.
To Chukwu Abiama, the Soul Spiritual Head in all the realms of existence, be the glory.
(THE END)
