The terrorists arrived in Agbor, Abraka, Ogwashi-ukwu and Okpanam towns on the 9th of June 2025, unleashing mayhem without cease till the 11th of June 2025, laying siege to over four communities. During this carnage, they have burned down several houses, destroyed farms and properties, and sadly killed so many people. Farmers are counting their losses in millions of dollars.
As at the time of this report, the number of deaths has not been confirmed; about three corpses have so far been recovered and amongst them is a vigilante personnel.
Sadly, this is happening even with the anti-open grazing law that has been passed in Delta State and in many other states, such as Benue, Osun, Kogi, and Plateau. Yet, the activities of these terrorist Fulani herders seem to be on the rise in these states without any action from the government or even the security operatives in terms of full implementation of the Laws.
Recall the statement credited to Miyeti Allah, the umbrella body of Fulani terrorist herders, where they said if the Benue state Government doesn't rescind the anti-open grazing Law, the killings will not stop in the state and in all other states where the anti-open grazing Law has been passed. Unfortunately, no State Government has challenged them even with the massive attacks of these herdsmen in their states.
Recently, there have been insinuations in some circles suggesting that the APC party is an extension of the Fulani Caliphate. Considering the current situation in Delta State, where all the state executives, including the governor, have defected to the APC, raises questions. Since then, Fulani terrorist herdsmen have gained control of the state while the government remains silent.
It is on record that many states where the activities of these terrorists are at their peak are all APC States. Imo state in the South East is another example. The people of Delta State must brace up courage because the government is on the side of the invaders, and this is the only reason they are not responding to the carnage in the State.
Edo state is also not left out.
The entire southeast Nigeria must unite and demand a sovereign State of Biafra; this is the only way to freedom from terrorists.
