From Terrorism to Currency - Continuous Massacre of Indigenous Tribes in Nigeria, A Source of Wealth for Military Top Brass

The constant massacre of innocent citizens of Nigeria in the Northern and Eastern parts of the country is now seen as a regular activity of the day. This has resulted from the inability of the Defence Chiefs to sincerely tackle the perpetrators behind these attacks.

Their inability to address these issues is not merely due to a lack of realistic strategies or a failure to respond effectively to the insecurities, killings, and other atrocious acts committed by the barbaric terrorists infiltrating from the Sahel. Instead, it stems from the criminal tendencies of security chiefs who view the insecurity in the country as an opportunity to amass wealth and loot the nation's treasury, all at the expense of the lives of soldiers on the battlefield, the indigenous people, and the peace of the citizens.

Higher-ranking officers collude with the Fulani jihadist herdsmen, receiving financial payments and cows as bribes in exchange for allowing them to invade communities. This enables herders to destroy farmlands, feed crops to their livestock, seize land forcefully, and commit acts of violence without fear of military intervention. In fact, the military is often ordered to protect the herders and their cattle while turning against the local vigilante groups that seek to defend their communities from these attacks.

This atrocious act of the Security chiefs extends to giving out assault rifles (AK-47) and more to Fulani herders to kill villagers who try to query the destruction of their farmlands. The Chief of Defence Staff, Christopher Gwabin Musa, who was denied a Canadian visa months ago by the Canadian authorities due to his involvement in the terrorism ravaging the entire country, has been at the helm of all the financial corruption going on in the military.

Musa Christopher Gwabin, who gains much from finance being received from terrorist leaders in the country and their multi-million-dollar sponsors across the globe, bought a multi-million-dollar house in Dubai. That's the level of corruption in Nigeria, where all arms of the government are deeply entrenched in corruption, rendering the country irredeemable. Divide Nigeria, and Africa will be great again.
