The All Progressive Congress (APC) and People's Democratic Party (PDP) have both been tagged terrorist parties by the Canadian Court. This indictment is not in doubt because, over the years, terrorists have named the sitting government as their sponsors. They have named Governors, Senators, and members of the House of Representatives, among others.
The government has always been seen defending the terrorists and negotiating with them. They have several times renamed them 'Repentant' and pardoned them for all the atrocities they committed. They have enlisted them into the Nigerian Armed Forces and gifted them a considerable amount of money.
In another scenario, is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been incarcerated in the DSS dungeon since 2021for exercising his constitutional Right of 'Self Determination'.
While the APC government was quick to designate the lawful and peaceful IPOB as a Terrorist organization, the same government blatantly refused to designate the Islamic Boko Haram as a Terrorist organization, even though they have committed genocides hundreds of times. Rather than designating them as a terrorist organization, they continued to negotiate and pacify these monsters with gifts and pardons. Fortunately, even as Nigeria turned a blind eye to these atrocities, the World Index on Terrorism listed Boko Haram as the most dangerous terror group in the world.
The romance with these Islamic Terrorist Fulani Jihadists has never met government resistance; instead, it has always been defended by the government. While these counter arguments of being a terrorist government were going on, the Nigerian government under the APC was seen granting Presidential pardons to condemned Terrorists, Drug barons, murderers and other hardened criminals. This action further rubbed in the Canadian claim that the Nigerian APC government was indeed a terrorist party.
As president Tinubu continues to dance naked with these blood thirsty terrorists, he is also seen unlawfully pressing down on the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu with a "repealed Terrorism law", refusing him fair trial, medical care and access to his legal team. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been held at the DSS dungeon to this day despite several court orders and rulings, especially the Appeal Court ruling of October 13 2022, which discharged and acquitted him. This is sad of a government that negotiates with terrorists in the North, puts those terrorists on the government payroll, and rebrands their name from terrorists to bandits.
Nigeria has become irredeemable. The only solution to resolving its complex problems is the disintegration of the country along ethno-religious lines. At this juncture, we, the indigenous People of Biafra, once again make it clear that we support the restoration of the sovereign State of Biafra for the southeast region.
We therefore call for a Referendum.
